(Hibbing, MN) -- A former Chisholm police officer is arraigned today on charges of first-degree murder and attempted murder for shootings at local bar last March. Jason Musburger is accused in the death of 40-year-old Edward John Walberg and prosecutors allege he also shot and wounded two other men. The criminal complaint says Musburger felt humiliated after he was beaten up in front of his ex-wife at a sports club. Authorities say he later returned with two pistols and fired at three men sitting with his ex-wife.
