(Detroit, MI)  --  Attorney Geoffrey Fieger says video shot by a television crew contradicts Detroit police accounts of how a seven-year-old girl was killed over the weekend.  Fieger is representing the girl's family and said the video appears to show the shot that killed Aiyana Jones was fired from outside the apartment.  Police said the girl was shot when someone at the door struggled with an officer serving a search warrant early Sunday morning.  Fieger plans to file wrongful death lawsuits in both federal and state courts against the Detroit Police Department today.
