Green Bay, Wi (WSAU) The Green Bay Packers made offers to their restricted free agents this week. Those receiving offers includes Nick Collins, Atari Bigby, Johnny Jolly, Tramon Williams, Jason Spitz, Daryn Colledge, John Kuhn and Will Blackmon.

Spencer Havner was issued a one-year tender offer. Now, the team must decide if they will make offers to bring back their unrestricted free agents Chad Clifton, Aaron Kampman and Mark Tauscher.
