MONROE COUNTY, Wis. (WTAQ) - A farm accident in western Wisconsin has killed a 7-year-old boy.

Monroe County authorities said the youngster got trapped in a feed bin that was being filled in the town of Sheldon. It happened Tuesday afternoon.

Family members pulled the child from the bin before rescuers arrived, but the county medical examiner pronounced him dead at the scene. The victim’s name was not immediately released. The accident is still under investigation.
