LANSING -- Patrons of the Secretary of State's office can now settle their debts with a credit card.  All offices are now taking Discover and Mastercard payment at the counter, when before they were only accepted at kiosks and super centers.  Secretary of State Terri Lynn Land has negotiated agreements with both companies, but Visa has yet to come on board.
