KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP (WKZO-AM) — Kalamazoo Township police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing man.
Christian Rey, 21, was last seen late Tuesday night at a residence in the 3500 block of Runnymede Drive in the Westwood Neighborhood.
His family did not realize he was missing until Wednesday afternoon when he failed to show up at work.
Rey is a male with black-rimmed glasses. He is 5-foot-11 and 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
Rey’s family isn’t sure what he was wearing at the time of his departure, but he did take his Columbia winter jacket. He did not take his vehicle, his phone or his diabetes medicine. He did take a handgun and two bullets that he recently purchased without his family’s knowledge.
They did an extensive search of the area around his home with no luck.
Rey’s family members are now asking anyone who may have any information regarding Mr. Rey’s whereabouts to call the Kalamazoo Township Police Department at (269) 343-0551.
