DETROIT -- A man who gave a sworn deposition stating he was at a 2002 party at the Manoogian Mansion has a criminal background.  The man claims he was part of a motorcycle club that was hired to act as security for the event.

A document obtained by "WDIV-TV" reveals the man stated he saw Kwame Kilpatrick, Bernard Kilpatrick and Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox at the party.  Exotic dancers were performing for guests and the witness says Carlita Kilpatrick came home unexpectedly and attacked dancer Tamara Greene.

Attorney Norman Yatooma, who is suing the City of Detroit and Kwame Kilpatrick on behalf of Greene's children, says he does not doubt the man's story.  Cox has called the claim "ridiculous" and claims the release of the deposition is politically motivated.
