KALAMAZOO (WKZO) -- Western Michigan University has released a surveillance photo of the suspect in a pair of armed robberies on campus Monday evening. The muggings took place near the roundabout.
The tall skinny black male was later captured on security cameras walking into Rood Hall with a purse and a ski mask, which were tossed into a waste can.
Two students were robbed about 35-minutes apart at gunpoint. Patrols were beefed up, escorts provided and students were urged to stay in groups and report anything suspicious.
The gunman remains at large. If you recognize him, give Campus Police or Public Safety a call.
