(Sault Ste. Marie, MI) -- Sault Ste. Marie acting Police Chief Judd Price was suspended, following his arrest on drunken driving charges. Price was arrested on December 5th on I-75 in Mackinac County with a blood alcohol level of .17, which is more than twice the legal limit. Price is free on bond, waiting for his arraignment on December 21st. In addition to his work with the Sault Ste. Marie police department, Price also serves as the president of the Fraternal Order of Police in Michigan.
