DE PERE, Wis. (WTAQ) - One person has died following a crash Tuesday morning in De Pere.
It happened around 9 a.m. at the intersection of Ashland Avenue and Parkview Road, between a car and a landscaping truck.
De Pere police say a preliminary investigation determined that an Oldsmobile was eastbound on Parkview, trying to cross Ashland and drove into the path of the truck traveling southbound.
The 25-year-old male driver of the car was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be pulled from the wreckage. He died from his injuries at the hospital. The truck driver, who's 36, wasn't injured.
