BATTLE CREEK -- The cleanup of the Kalamazoo River after the Enbridge Energy Partners oil spill has just begun but Kalamzoo River Protection Association President Dayle Harrison has been fighting to clean up the river for years.
From PCB's to other containments Harrison and his team at the association have been working to clean the river for years and now with so much oil in the Kalamazoo River he has to be involved.
Harrison says Enbridge "should be held criminally responsible for the damage they have caused to the community". Harrison goes on to say that Enbridge should also face punitive damages in the wake of the disaster. Video is below:
