BATTLE CREEK (WKZO) -- A Battle Creek man has been bound over to stand trial for the death of his 5 month old son in January. Twenty-five year old Shawn Brown Sr. rushed the boy to Battle Creek Health Systems Emergency while a friend administered CPR.

Doctors say it appeared that Shawn Brown Jr. suffered from a head trauma. The infant was put on respirators and transferred to Bronson Methodist in Kalamazoo, but never revived. It will be up to a jury to decide if Brown was responsible.
