BATTLE CREEK(WKZO) -- They are the worst kind of meth-heads. Battle Creek Police say they got a tip that something didn’t smell right at the Knights Inn on Capital Avenue early Tuesday morning and found what they suspect is methamphetamine being made inside one of the rooms.

One man was arrested on an unrelated warrant. Both he and a woman may face drug charges. Police also found their 2 year old sleeping in the room. She was turned over to child protective services. Not only did they expose the child to toxic fumes, but they endangered others by conducting the volatile process at a public facility.
