(Brighton, CO)  --  Police in Brighton, Colorado have arrested a Michigan man in connection with a Tuesday afternoon traffic accident which killed a two-year-old girl.  Police say James Diggs of Ann Arbor was driving a rental truck erratically when he crashed into a minivan carrying Aileen Rodriguez on Interstate 76.  Diggs is facing multiple charges including careless driving.  Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be connected with the accident.
