WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Tuesday there is "plenty to work with" to achieve an overhaul of the U.S. healthcare system.
She said healthcare reform "will be done in a fiscally sound way" after meeting with President Barack Obama.
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said the Democrats will seek to pass a healthcare reform plan without Republicans only if there is no alternative.
