KALAMAZOO -- Kalamazoo County Health and Community Services held an emergency preparedness summit at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Kalamazoo Tuesday morning. The summit brought in Internationally renowed speakers to discuss preparation and action in the event of an emergency.
