Detroit has the largest community of Muslim and middle eastern immigrants in the U.S.  Dawud Walid, the leader of the Council on American-Islamic Relations says what has to be understood is that Al Qaeda has attacked and killed more Muslims than Christians, and that while they claim to be of the faith, they are not.

They plan to rally outside the Federal Courthouse in Detroit a week from Friday, against the Nigerian Terrorist and his failed attack.
