For us not much will be going on with the weather over the next four or five days. Itll get warmer not hot, but warmer and the humidity will make the overall feel of the day more August-like across Michigan. However therell likely be no dramatic temperature swings or severe weather to talk about. For those wondering about what happened to summer wonder no more as 80s will be common into early next week then cooling to the upper 70s by later in the week ahead. It should provide a chance to catch up a bit on Growing Degree Days which have been lagging since spring. Also no severe weather is in our near-term outlook across the region. Row crops are generally doing well. Therell be another week or two of blueberry picking in Southwest Michigan. And area farmers markets will be able to offer visitors this weekend a wide sample of what Michigan producers have been growing.
