A section of Pratt Road over the west crossing of Portage Creek that has been closed for about four months is open to one lane traffic.
Eastbound traffic will have the right of way in the one lane section, with westbound traffic allowed to cross when no eastbound traffic is present.
The section of Pratt Road over the Portage Creek was closed after city officials were informed of some deterioration of the culvert. The road is expected to be back to two lanes by next summer, after a new culvert is built.
Motorists who use Pratt Road as a through street are encouraged to drive alternate routes.
