The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is started work on Monday, March 29, to complete reconstruction of two I-94 bridges and Riverside Drive in Battle Creek, Calhoun County.

Riverside Drive will be closed under I-94 from March 29 through June 30 while contractors rebuild the road and complete two new I-94 bridges over the road.

Two lanes of traffic will be maintained on I-94 in each direction throughout the project.
