ALL CLEAR a/o 11:27am All three lanes of eastbound I-94 are closed at Mile Marker 25, east of Stevensville, for three semis jack-knifed across the freeway. The trucks are being cleared and the lanes likely will reopen to traffic by 2 p.m. today. Motorists are encouraged to seek an alternate route.
