Okay.  Here it is.  The best, easiest thing you'll ever eat. (Thanks, TRAVERSE MAGAZINE!)

1 bag Tater Tots

thaw or nuke and then smash into a skillet.  Flip them over several times until they're nice and crunchy and form them into a "crust"

8 eggs

beat. pour over tots

1 pound Michigan asparagus

chop into little pieces (don't cook) and put over eggs

COVER.  When eggs set in a few minutes, put your choice of cheese on top.  (Don't be shy) Cover again until it melts.

Cut into slices and wait for the rave reviews!
