"Twitter" is a great way to reach a lot of people.  It's also a good way to get FIRED!  There have been a lot of instances of firings and lawsuits over "tweets" in the news this week.

So what are the rules?  According to Dr. Bill Ward, Internet Marketing Professor at Western Michigan University, the number one rule is "KEEP IT POSITIVE".  The way everything is interlinked, a rant could stay with you forever. 

Most companies are now forming policies on social networking.  You might want to give yours a once-over before you hit "send".
