Maybe not.  But I think you CAN judge a business by its sign.  I had a good laugh in Lansing yesterday.  Right in the middle of downtown, there is a huge, red, neon sign on the top of the BOARD OF WATER AND "IGH" building.  Don't you think that if you were in charge of LIGHT for a city, that you would fix the lights on your sign? Ahhhh...that was humorous.
