Where is CPS when you need 'em?  Did you see "The Octomom" on OPRAH? How...HOW...can authorities keep those 14 kids in that home? She is totally broke and completely crazy. Suzi Orman, who was brought in to assist with finances, almost took her head off.  It was very uncomfortable to watch and extremely disturbing.
