Potluck Pals: GRAND FINALE!

What a great finish to a incredible event this year!

Thank you, Potluck Pals for coming out in droves for our final fundraiser for Kalamazoo Loaves & Fishes at Harding's West Main.

We made a massive $6,603. When added to our previous amounts raised for them, our final tally for KLF was $31,728!  Executive Director, Anne Lipsey said that through partnerships and smart shopping they are able to buy food for 6 cents a pound.  Do the math, kids!  The WKZO listeners stepped up big time for our local food bank.

This year our mission was to make our community a hunger free community.  In addition to Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes, we did 10 addtional fundraisers for  their partner organizations.  Our final tally for those events was $21,705.

Our grand total for 2011 was $53,433!!!!!!
