Well, I guess we have about 12 hours to figure out what the new driving and texting ban means.  Depending on whom you ask, you either CAN or CAN'T text while stopped.  

Betsy sent me the link for an ap that allows you to listen to your text messages while driving.  For purposes of on-air "schtick" I asked Sam to put the a male voice on my Droid, because I wanted him to send me a "SEXT" message that would air on the radio.  There were 2 voice choices: "free female" and "PREMIUM MALE" that you got with the paid version!  BITE ME!
