This is NOT the weekend to head out of town.  Downtown Kalamazoo is the place for fun, fun, FUN through Sunday.  Today, head down to the Arcadia Creek Festival Site for Greek Festival taste treats and activities for the family.  There'll be 2 great concerts: Spin Doctors and Night Ranger.  The festival continues through the wee hours of Sunday morning.

This evening check out the KIA Beer Garden and the Art Fair Preview in Bronson Park. In addition, there'll be an expanded Art Hop and Art on the Mall.

Saturday, start the day with The Do Dah Parade, head to the Ladies' Library League for their Ice Cream Social and then hit Bronson Park for the KIA Art Fair.

Recuperate Sunday afternoon by lounging in Bronson Park for the first of many great CONCERT IN THE PARK presentations.  This Sunday at 4:00 enjoy The Kalamazoo Singers.

We can rest up Monday.  Oh yeah.  The President of the United States is coming!
