Rather text than talk, well it depends

New Pew research is saying that a third of people surveyed preferred texting to talking. For some reason I find that strange, only because it usually takes me longer to text someone than to have a short conversation. That depends though.

The survey continues to say that 53% prefer a voice call, and 14% say it depends on the situation. Seeing that I guess I am part of that 14%. If I need to get a message to someone I know is a “talker” and I am short on time, it will defiantly be a text to that person.

One more thing from this survey, the average 18-24 sends over 109.5 texts, per day, that is 3200 per month. That number seems high to me, how about you?
