A friend of mine shared this you tube video with me yesterday. Thought it was a moving story. It is about an 18 year old named Ben Breedlove, he passed away on Christmas day from his heart condition. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is where the heart muscle becomes thick and makes it hard for the blood to leave the heart which forces the heart to work harder to pump blood.
