KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO) – Tonight at University Arena the Western Michigan men’s basketball team looks to bounce back after dropping their last 2 games as they face off against MAC East leader Akron. After losing a tightly contested game against Kent State on Saturday, the Broncos have now lost 2 games in a row for the first time since starting the season 0-6. Akron enters tonight’s matchup with a record of 16-7 and 8-1 in the MAC. The Zips are currently on a 5 game winning streak, after defeating EMU last Saturday 77-47.
