Every tradition has a beginning and years from now, fans can tell their grand children they were a part of establishing the new era of WMU Football traditions in 2013.

Beginning with this Saturday's home season opener, Western Michigan football will install new traditions into its game day experience.  The video embedded below shows head coach P.J. Fleck going through each of the traditions.  Each are sure to take the game day experience at Waldo Stadium from great to ELITE!

Be sure to watch this video.  Share the video with everyone you know so they are ready for game day come this Saturday night.  What's new?

  • In-game DJ (one of only four in the country)
  • Official TD song of WMU Football
  • Defensive Third Down song and crowd motion
  • Fourth Quarter ROW song and crowd motion

Be a part of building and growing these new traditions.  They start this Saturday night and they start with you!
