Video: Western Michigan University Running Backs Coach Mike Hart

Kalamazoo, MI (WKZO) – Last week the Western Michigan University football team announced the hiring of Mike Hart as the Broncos newest running backs coach replacing Charles Huff, who left the program to take the same position at Penn State. Hart spent the last three seasons as a coach with the Eastern Michigan Eagles after playing three seasons in the NFL with the Indianapolis Colts. Prior to the Colts, Hart was a member of the University of Michigan Wolverines football team for four seasons, . At Michigan, Hart set school records for the most career rushing yards and attempts and ranks 4th all-time in the Big-Ten in rushing. On Wednesday, Hart sat down with 1660 The Fan’s Colin Windecker and talked about being hired by P.J. Fleck, what he hopes to bring to Kalamazoo, and even tells us his five best running backs of all time.
