    Posted by Jay Morris

Stephen Colbert is not on the ballot in South Carolina, Herman Cain is. New commericals in South Carolina say a vote for Herman Cain is a vote for Stephen Colbert. This entire prank has made great television but...

What does Herman Cain think about this? He says "On Stephen Colbert’s endorsement of himself as Herman Cain, I find it very clever and humorous, as it should be," Cain told Fox News "Anyone who finds what Mr. Colbert is doing offensive, should simply lighten up. To be perfectly clear, I will not be assuming Stephen Colbert's identity. We are very different when it comes to the color of our – hair."

  • These Marines piss me off

    Posted by Jay Morris

I am amazed by the story that came out yesterday about some U.S. Marines urinating on the bodies of dead Taliban soldiers. As a veteran I am embarrassed for our military and outraged by the actions of these Marines. If this video is legit, then on to Leavenworth for them PERIOD.

Here is the other reaction I just cannot believe. I have some friend that have told me that the dead soldiers "deserved it" and another said "they had it coming". If this was another country doing this to our soldiers, I doubt that the response be the same.

The U.S. Marine Corps said it would investigate the video, which was posted on YouTube and other websites on January 11, 2012.

  • China has egg on it's face over iPhone

Apple made the long awaited release of the iPhone 4S in China. Thousands of customers lined op overnight. Fights broke out between rival gangs of scaplers as the store opening time approached. Then chaos as the store owners kept the store closed. Riot starts with people throwing eggs at the police. The big question to me is who stands in a huge line to get the new Iphone and just so happens to have a couple of carton of eggs? Just wondering.

    Here is the video

  • The $900 computer keyboard

    Posted by Jay Morris

As most people know your computer keyboard is one of the dirtiest thing you touch everyday. Now a new keyboard, recently cleared by the Food and Drug Administration for use in hospitals, literally sheds light on a possible solution.

The $900 keyboard from Vioguard, uses an enclosure that bathes the computer input device in antibacterial ultra-violet (UV-C) light when it isn't being used by doctors and other hospital staffers.

Rather than try to explain in great detail here is the video...

While most of us more than likely won't need this level of protection. If you are germaphobic, and have $900 laying around. If they can invent this, I just want to know where is my flying car?

  • Should there be a fine if you mess up the National Anthem?

    Posted by Jay Morris

According to Rolling Stone an Indiana Senator is pushing a bill to impose a $25 fine on anyone who deviates from a set of standards in performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at events sponsored by public schools and universities.

According to the Senator, the bill is not intended to punish those who may flub a note or two while singing the national anthem. "It’s not like we’re going after anyone’s ability to sing," Becker said in an interview yesterday. "It’s more that we just want them to respect the words and the tune as it was originally intended and we normally sing it."

So who is laying down these standards, and furthermore what is "normal" So should these performances be fined?

This one should be fined just because of who is singing it....

    How about this one?
